Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience leading teams in failure analysis, root cause analysis, corrective and preventative action.
• Experience providing technical program support for manufacturing and/or design processes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Engage on strategic and tactical levels focusing on quality, cost and schedule performance.
• Be the Quality POC for the NGSRI missile system, interfacing with programs, suppliers, and customers.
• Develop partnerships with senior leaders to implement proactive quality strategies.
• Generate CORE and CoPQ projects to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Monitor RCCA and FRACAS for systemic issues and ensure extensive RCCA.
• Support issue resolutions and solutions to production.
• Support implementation of AS9145 in accordance with applicable standards.
