Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions across cross-functional processes.
• Experience developing quality metrics to drive root cause actions and verifications.
• Ability to interpret drawings and work instructions in manufacturing.
• Comfort with industry standards and quality system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Baseline factory metrics and forecast demand to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive manufacturing quality with hands-on inspection and cross-functional teams.
• Lead process walks and observations to reduce variation.
• Coordinate containment and corrective actions with supplier quality partners.
• Lead APQP initiatives (PFMEA, control plans, SPC) and verify improvements.
• Identify supplier escapes and ensure proper containment with SQM.
