Zusammenfassung

RTX is seeking an on-site Coyote Missile Program Quality Lead in Tucson, AZ to drive a robust quality culture and ensure Quality & Mission Assurance requirements are met across the program.

You will lead RCCA/FRACAS, APQP/AS9145, MRB/CCB/RRB activities and interface with IPT and Leadership Team to monitor performance. U.S. citizenship and Secret clearance required.

Minimum 10 years in Quality/QA with ISO 9001/AS9100, and experience in aerospace manufacturing/design processes.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in Program/Project Quality Management, QA, or Quality Engineering.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality management systems.
• Experience leading teams in failure analysis and corrective actions.
• Technical program support experience for manufacturing/design processes.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with IPTs and oversees scope of work through all development phases.
• Act as internal customer advocate ensuring obligations and expectations are met.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead RCCA and FRACAS activities for systemic issues.
• Support APQP/AS9145 implementation.
• Participate in MRB, CCB, and RRB.
• Ensure reviews of program performance (technical, cost, schedule, risk, defects).
• Define and implement QMS processes.
