nou Systems, Inc. (nSI) in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Senior Performance Analysis Engineer to support GMD systems and contribute to advanced modeling, simulation and data-driven assessments.

You will develop tools in MATLAB, Python, and C++, run M&S environments, and present technical results to program leadership and government stakeholders. This role requires strong communication and collaboration in a fast-growing defense tech company.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 7+ years' DoD missile defense experience.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain MATLAB, Python, and C++ tools for modeling and performance assessments of the Ground-Based Interceptor (GBI) and NGI.
• Create modeling & simulation environments to evaluate interceptor performance across scenarios.
• Perform quick-response analysis for the In-Flight Interceptor Communication System Data Terminal (IDT).
• Assess system performance and provide technical conclusions and recommendations.
• Develop and deliver technical briefings to engineers, leadership, and government stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address analysis needs in missile defense capabilities.
• Support future interceptor analysis capabilities and methodologies.
