Mission Driven Research, Inc. in Huntsville, AL seeks an experienced Senior Performance Analysis Engineer to join our GMD-focused team.

You will perform mission and system performance analyses to evaluate engagement effectiveness across threat scenarios, developing analytical tools in MATLAB, Python, and C++ and presenting technical findings to senior leadership. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of related experience, a STEM degree, and an active SECRET or higher clearance.

Qualifications

• B.S. in STEM; 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Active security clearance (SECRET or above).
• Experience supporting MDA GMD programs or similar.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, and C++ for analysis and tools development.
• Strong statistical, numerical, and optimization capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain MATLAB, Python, and C++ analysis tools for modeling, simulation, and performance assessments of GBI/NGI.
• Develop, execute, and analyze M&S environments to evaluate interceptor performance across scenarios.
• Perform quick-response analysis for IDT including kinematic battlespace assessments.
• Conduct interceptor performance analyses and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Support advance interceptor analysis capabilities, models, and tools.
• Analyze simulation outputs and present findings to engineering teams and government stakeholders.
• Deliver technical briefings on methodologies, assumptions, results, and conclusions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address evolving analysis needs.
