Mission Driven Research, Inc. (MDR) in Huntsville, AL seeks a Senior Performance Analysis Engineer to support Ground-based Missile Defense (GMD) system analysis for MDA.

You will develop and maintain analysis tools in MATLAB, Python, and C++, and build M&S environments to evaluate GBI/NGI performance across scenarios. You will interpret results, communicate findings to engineers and government stakeholders, and contribute to future interceptor analytics.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 7+ years of related professional experience.
• Experience supporting MDA GMD programs is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MATLAB and Python with data analysis and visualization skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain MATLAB, Python, and C++ tools for modeling and performance assessments of GBI and NGI.
• Create, execute, and analyze M&S environments to evaluate interceptor performance across engagement scenarios.
• Perform quick-response analyses for IDT data terminals and time-sensitive technical analyses.
• Interpret simulation results and provide actionable engineering recommendations.
• Prepare technical briefings for engineering teams, leadership, and government stakeholders.
