Placements24 is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Mining & Resources to connect skilled professionals with leading mining operations and related companies. The role requires a strategic approach to talent acquisition, strong networking, and delivery of exceptional service to clients and candidates.

You will source and secure top candidates, manage end-to-end recruitment, and mentor junior consultants in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a Mining & Resources focus.
• Strong understanding of operational, technical, and leadership roles within the mining sector.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a robust candidate network.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with recruitment CRM systems and advanced sourcing techniques.
