Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of dedicated recruitment experience, managing multiple vacancies and priorities.
• Experience in mining, construction, skilled trades, or heavy industrial operations preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills with high-volume recruitment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; ability to build relationships with candidates, managers and HR.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from postings to offers and pre-employment requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and establish priorities.
• Proactively identify candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, direct outreach and referrals.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies, including high-volume roles.
• Maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams; coordinate onboarding and mobilization.
