Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Underground Maintenance & Installation Superintendent to lead crews performing installation, maintenance, and inspection projects. You will plan, schedule, and oversee activities, coordinating with the Project Manager and ensuring adherence to procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Superintendent experience in industrial construction.
• Experience managing projects and leading crews of 12+ personnel.
• Understanding of industry standard scheduling software and reports; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Read project drawings and understand the scope.
• Supervise daily work and coordinate crews.
• Forecast, generate, and manage project schedules; ensure manpower and resources.
• Ensure safety rules and EH&S policies are followed by all team members.
• Coordinate with clients to create new opportunities for Loenbro.
