Job summary

nLogic seeks an experienced Senior Program Systems Integration Engineer to join our team in El Segundo, CA. This on-site role supports end-to-end system integration for MILSATCOM, guiding working groups and resolving risks and gaps across stakeholders.

You will work within the MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test effort, interfacing with government civilians, contractors, and US Space Force personnel to lead technical discussions, track action items, and author meeting minutes.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science, or related field.
• 8+ years’ engineering work experience.
• 5+ years’ work in Systems Engineering including requirements management, technical baseline development, test planning, integration and verification/validation.
• Experience developing/managing requirements docs/ICDs for complex systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• On-site work in a secure facility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integration strategies to integrate satellite communication systems and subsystems; manage technical baselines among stakeholders.
• Analyze system requirements defining the technical baseline and verify it.
• Apply Digital Engineering methods and modeling strategies (e.g., digital twins) for integration and test activities.
• Collaborate with Government and contractor personnel to address customer requirements; support reviews and meetings.
• Lead Government/Contractor Working Group meetings and document minutes; address risks and action items.
• Review proposed changes to the technical baseline for impacts to enterprise capabilities and cross-stakeholder concerns.
• Define and deliver alternative solutions; manage schedule impact and delivery of products.
• Assess contractor documents and provide comments; coordinate with contractors on resolution.
