Job summary

ENSCO, Inc. in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Senior Program Systems Integration Engineer to lead integration across Ground, Space, Crypto, and Terminals for MILSATCOM. You will coordinate with government and contractor teams to align requirements and manage technical baselines.

The role requires DoD security clearance eligibility, strong communication, and extensive systems engineering experience. On-site work in a secure facility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science, or related field.
• 8+ years of engineering work experience.
• 5+ years of systems engineering, including requirements mgmt, baseline, test planning, integration, verification/validation.
• Experience with ICDs or interface control documents for complex systems.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Work is on-site in a secure facility due to customer security requirements.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance required, with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integration strategies to integrate satellite communication systems, segments, subsystems, elements, and components; manage baselines among stakeholders.
• Analyze systems requirements to define and verify the technical baseline.
• Apply Digital Engineering methods and modeling strategies to support integration and test activities.
• Collaborate with government and contractor personnel to align with customer requirements across the program; support reviews and meetings.
• Lead and support Government/Contractor Working Group meetings; develop briefings, lead discussions, and write minutes.
