Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior Evolved Strategic Systems Ground Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in El Segundo, CA. This role requires on-site work in a secure facility under MILSATCOM programs, collaborating with government and contractor personnel to integrate complex ground and space systems.

The candidate will lead multi-group discussions, develop briefings, and manage risks, ensuring alignment with program objectives and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required; Top Secret clearance may be required
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• 15+ years of Systems Engineering experience
• Experience with MILSATCOM programs (AEHF, PTS, EPS, WGS, FAB-T)
• Experience with ground and airborne systems
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• On-site work in a secure facility due to security requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integration strategies for satellite communication systems and subsystems
• Lead and participate in working groups; develop briefings and minutes
• Interface with Government, Contractors, and USAF to close gaps in requirements
• Assess changes to the technical baseline and advise on impacts
• Manage risk, issues, and action items and track resolutions
