Job summary

nLogic is seeking an experienced Senior Evolved Strategic Systems (ESS) Ground Systems Integration Engineer to join our team in El Segundo, CA. Due to security requirements, on-site work in a secure facility is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
15+ years experience in systems engineering, integration, or architecture development for complex aerospace, defense, or space systems.
Experience with MILSATCOM and DoD civilian interactions; ability to work with government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead ground systems integration activities to develop ESS ground architectures and interfaces across Ground, Space, Crypto, and Terminals.
Apply MBSE and Digital Engineering methods to develop ground architectures and verify system behavior.
Coordinate with Government/Contractor teams to resolve gaps and support reviews and design activities.
Lead Working Group meetings, document minutes, and facilitate action items to address risks and issues.
