Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science, or related technical field
• 8+ years of engineering work experience
• 5+ years in Systems Engineering including requirements management, baseline development, test planning, integration and verification
• Experience developing or managing requirements documents/ICDs for complex systems
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• On-site work in a secure facility due to customer security requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integration strategies to integrate satellite communication systems, ground/space/subsystems, and components; manage technical baselines among stakeholders
• Analyze system requirements to define and verify the technical baseline
• Apply Digital Engineering methods and modeling (Digital twins) to support integration and test activities
• Collaborate with Government and contractors to address customer requirements across the program; support major reviews and meetings
• Lead Government/Contractor Working Group meetings; develop briefings, lead discussions, and document minutes
• Review proposed changes to the technical baseline for impacts to enterprise capabilities and cross-stakeholder concerns
• Define and deliver alternative solutions to address integration challenges; manage schedule impact and delivery
• Facilitate review of contractor program documents; perform technical assessments and provide comments
• Serve as SME to assess technical issues and prepare briefings for US Space Force program office and stakeholders
• Support risk/issue management, interdependencies, and action plan development for resolution
