Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a Millwright Supervision role is required.

• Experience with heavy equipment installation and removal in Autostore or EV battery settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage millwright crews, ensuring work is completed on time.
• Delegate jobs to millwrights based on their strengths.
• Oversee project material delivery and distribution.
• Inspect work done by crews to meet quality standards.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics for installations.
• Identify and resolve mechanical issues to minimize delays.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment.
• Keep project managers updated on job progress and issues.
• Manage detailed work schedules for crews.
