Strategic Data Systems is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek, VA. This on-site role offers a hourly compensation range of $21.44 to $26.53, with potential flexibility based on benefits chosen, and 24/7/365 availability.

The position focuses on assisting military Sailors and their families and requires eligibility for a Secret clearance. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, chat, and more, use CRM systems, and document information

Formación

• Experience in customer service and responding to requests for information in a timely manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and ability to use them effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first step in a multi-tiered support to Military Sailors and their families.
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries via phone, e-fax, email, chat, and other channels.
• Utilize CRM applications and internal/external websites to assist customers.
• Enter applicable information into systems and forms accurately.
• Provide support for various military programs and applications.
