Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Millington, TN to support the NavyHR Customer Service Center. You will handle Navy member inquiries via walk-ins, phone, email, chat, and the CRM system, processing Tier 1 pay and personnel transactions and providing status updates.

The role requires the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance and availability for 8-hour shifts around a 24/7 schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.
• Experience in customer service or contact center environments.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and ability to use documentation to address customer requests.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work 8-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide NavyHR customer service through walk-ins, phone, mail, email, chat, fax, and CRM systems.
• Process Tier 1 pay and personnel transactions.
• Respond to member inquiries across all career and life events.
• Support onboarding and HR processes for MyNavy members.
