Job summary

NAVFAC Pacific is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead end-to-end lifecycle management of complex MILCON and commercial development projects for the Navy, Marine Corps, and other commands.

You will oversee design, construction, and maintenance of facilities, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure contracts comply with scope and budget while managing risks and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of project management experience.
• Competent in leading end-to-end lifecycle management of large-scale projects.
• Experience with design, construction and maintenance of facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of complex, large-scale projects.
• Provide strategic leadership and act as final decision-maker on scheduling, budgets, scope, and contracts.
• Lead design process to ensure plans, estimates, and specs meet criteria and budget.
• Manage design and construction contracts; oversee A-E selection and construction oversight.
• Liaise with project teams, executives, and regulators; conduct site inspections and manage risks.
