Job summary

NAVFAC Pacific seeks a General Engineer/Architect (Project Manager) to lead complex MILCON and multi-agency projects, guiding design, construction, and maintenance for Navy facilities. You will direct cross-functional teams from concept to completion, ensuring budget compliance and regulatory adherence.

The role requires a PE or Architect license (or equivalent), 4+ years of PM experience, U.S. citizenship, and SECRET clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Professional Engineer or Registered Architect license desirable.
• 4+ years project management experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain SECRET clearance.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Eligible for federal employment (background check).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of large-scale development and construction projects.
• Provide strategic leadership and decision-making on scheduling, budgets, scope, and contracts.
• Lead design process to ensure plans and estimates meet criteria, budget, and scope.
• Manage design/construction contracts; oversee A-E selection and construction oversight.
• Liaise with stakeholders and regulators; conduct site inspections and manage risks.
