Job summary

NAVFAC Pacific seeks an experienced General Engineer/Architect (Project Manager) to lead end-to-end management of complex MILCON and commercial development projects. You will guide design, construction, and maintenance for Navy and allied commands, overseeing budgets, schedules, and contract compliance.

You will direct cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic leadership. A PE or RA license is highly desirable; SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
• U.S. citizen 18+ and compliant with Selective Service registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of large-scale development and construction projects.
• Provide strategic guidance to project teams; decide scheduling, budgets, scope, and contracts.
• Oversee design processes to ensure plans meet criteria, stay within budget, and align with scope.
• Manage design and construction contracts; lead A-E selection boards and provide construction oversight.
• Liaise with stakeholders and regulators; conduct site inspections and implement pivots for issues.
