Qualifications

• Must hold active registration as a PE or RA, or equivalent engineering/architectural qualification.
• Extensive project management experience in MILCON execution.
• Deep understanding of engineering or architectural practices across A/E activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent, timely project management services for Navy, Marine Corps, and other commands across MILCON and related projects.
• Lead planning, design, cost estimating, permitting, contracting strategy, and construction oversight.
• Act as liaison between project teams and higher headquarters, ensuring clear communications and documentation.
• Demonstrate leadership across planning, budgeting, programming, engineering, design, execution, and construction of shore facilities.
