NAVFAC Pacific in Hawaii seeks a General Engineer/Architect (Project Manager) to oversee end-to-end MILCON and facilities projects for the Navy and other Commands. You will direct cross‑functional teams from design to completion, manage multi‑million‑dollar budgets, ensure contract compliance, and liaise with regulators while maintaining schedules and quality.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET Clearance.
• A US Citizen aged 18 or older at time of hire.
• Males registered or exempt from Selective Service.
• Determined suitable for federal employment (background check and fingerprinting).
• Highly desirable: Professional Engineer License or Registered Architect License, with 4+ years of PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of large-scale projects from concept through completion.
• Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and executive guidance to project teams.
• Drive scheduling, budgets, scope, and contract compliance decisions.
