Job summary

Referment is seeking a Senior Associate to support post-trade operations across asset classes, working closely with trading, technology, and operations teams to resolve issues and enhance workflows.

You’ll develop dashboards, strengthen controls and data quality, and contribute to projects expanding middle-office capabilities for new strategies. Strong lifecycle knowledge and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5–10 years of financial-operations or trade-support experience.
• Deep knowledge of trade lifecycle including trade capture, P&L, security-master data and settlement.
• Experience handling front-office enquiries and coordinating stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ability to design or contribute to dashboards and analytics for actionable insights.
• Clear communication, strong organization, and close attention to detail with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for trading-desk enquiries and coordinate post-trade operations across asset classes and strategies.
• Work with trading, technology and operations teams to resolve issues and strengthen processes, controls and data quality.
• Develop workflows, dashboards and tools that improve oversight of trading activity, operational efficiency and knowledge continuity.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks across the trade lifecycle.
• Contribute to projects expanding middle-office capabilities for new investment strategies or asset classes.
