Job summary

Referment is seeking a Senior Associate to support post-trade operations across asset classes, working closely with trading, technology, and operations teams to resolve issues and enhance workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5–10 years of financial-operations or trade-support experience.
• Deep knowledge of trade lifecycle including trade capture, P&L, security-master data and settlement.
• Experience handling front-office enquiries and coordinating stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ability to design or contribute to dashboards and analytics for actionable insights.
• Clear communication, strong organization, and close attention to detail with ownership mindset.

Referment is working with a global investment and technology firm seeking a Senior Associate for its global middle-office function. The team supports the lifecycle of trading activity across multiple asset classes and strategies, connecting the front office with technology and operational teams.

You’ll be a primary contact for trading-desk questions and take responsibility for making post-trade activity reliable, controlled and transparent. Alongside resolving day-to-day issues, you’ll improve workflows, data and monitoring so the operation can support new strategies and asset classes effectively.

The Role

What We’re Looking For
