• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an operations team supporting trade support, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Oversee post-trade processing across multiple asset classes.
• Manage trade settlements and reconciliation activities, resolving exceptions.
• Escalate complex operational issues as needed.
• Partner with internal teams and external counterparties for daily operations.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
