Job summary

We are seeking a highly experienced, high-caliber financial professional to join our team as the Director, Head of Middle Office Trade Control. In this leadership role, you will oversee and direct a dedicated team of 4 to 6 professionals responsible for the end-to-end trade control, validation, and lifecycle management of complex derivatives.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across a multi-asset class spectrum, including Foreign Exchange (FX), Interest Rate Derivatives (Rates), Credit Derivatives, and Equity Structured Derivatives. As a Director, you will act as a key liaison between the Front Office (Trading & Sales), Risk Management, Finance, Compliance, and Technology, ensuring operational excellence, robust risk mitigation, and strict adherence to regulatory standards.
