Qualifications

• Experience supporting middle office, trade management, or securities operations across the trade lifecycle.
• Ability to identify process gaps and drive efficiency while reducing risk.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate processing of portfolio transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and policy compliance.
• Support derivatives trades, private placements, discretionary trading, new products, and corporate action oversight.
• Identify deficiencies and take corrective action to mitigate risk.
• Respond to operational queries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Drive process improvements, automate tasks, and strengthen controls.
• Prepare settlements instructions and related activities, including reconciliations.
