U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to manage and grow a large, complex commercial banking portfolio in Utah, serving mid-market clients with revenues from $50 million to $1 billion. The role partners with credit teams to structure financing, drive revenue, and maintain sound credit standards.

The role requires senior-level leadership, proven business development, and strategic advisory capabilities, with compensation discussed with recruiters. Three or more days onsite at a U.S.

Competenze

• 8+ years of banking experience with mid-market clients.
• BA/MBA in finance, accounting, or related field (or equivalent).
• FINRA SIE, Series 63 and Series 79 (within 180 days if not held).
• Strong leadership, relationship management and sales skills.
• Reputation and market knowledge of clients, prospects, and COIs.
