Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in Commercial Banking with sales focus.
• Formal credit training and underwriting experience preferred.
• Ability to build new and existing client business and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Identify profitable new client relationships using centers of influence and referrals.
• Develop and execute a business plan to meet financial and qualitative goals.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deepen relationships and win new opportunities.
• Attend industry events to expand networks and knowledge of market trends.
• Analyze client financials and coordinate with Portfolio Managers on credit requests.
