Fifth Third Bank is seeking an Emerging Middle Market Relationship Manager IV in Houston. The role focuses on developing profitable client relationships with large, complex companies and coordinating with One Bank partners to deliver tailored banking solutions.

You will meet with CEO, CFO, and other senior executives to review credit, treasury management, and capital markets needs, while managing risk and ensuring a positive client experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business or Finance or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years Commercial Banking experience.
• 9 years of relationship account management experience preferred.
• Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
• Underwriting experience preferred.
• Proven track record of partnership with investment bankers to provide strategic and capital market advice.
• Strong business acumen, to include detailed analysis, review of financial statements and understanding of accounting principles.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop profitable new lead left client relationships by leveraging centers of influence, existing clients, and referral sources.
• Grow long term profitable lead left relationships.
• Work with Fifth Third internal partners to deepen relationships and acquire high value prospective relationships.
• Attend industry forums and conferences to broaden networks and deepen knowledge of trends.
