Truist in Dallas seeks an experienced commercial banker to identify, solicit, develop, and manage middle market client relationships with annual sales of $75MM to $500MM. You will offer a full suite of loan, deposit, capital markets, treasury, and other services, leveraging IRM and industry teams to maximize client value.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Ten or more years of experience in commercial banking.
• Strong interpersonal communications; can handle client relationships with borrowing clients with total debt of $10,000,000 or more
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products

Responsabilidades

• Leverage the Truist Sales Process, Financial Insights, Industry & Advisory team, and the Leadership Institute to deliver a differentiated client experience.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan focused on winning new client relationships and expanding existing ones.
• Understand and contribute to the credit decisioning process, including analysis and interpretation of financial statements, credit structuring, underwriting requirements, policy knowledge, risk identification and mitigation.
• Proactively contact clients to develop middle market banking relationships according to Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).
• Champion non-credit financial services activity in the middle market segment to drive fee-based revenue opportunities.
• Maintain proficiency and expertise in finance; manage large and complex corporate relationships; knowledge about credit products and structuring.
• Execute on risk, operational, policy and quality expectations related to assigned client portfolio.
