Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, credit analysis, underwriting, or related role.
• Strong financial analysis and credit risk assessment abilities.
• Knowledge of commercial banking products and credit structures.
• Understanding of corporate legal documents and U.S. banking regulations.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for modeling and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support underwriting and ongoing monitoring of commercial credit relationships.
• Analyze borrower and guarantor financial statements, cash flow, leverage, liquidity, and profitability trends.
• Prepare concise credit approval memoranda with risk analysis and projections.
• Develop and validate historical charts, projection models, and sensitivity analyses.
• Monitor covenant compliance and risk rating models in portfolios.
• Review financial spreads and resolve inconsistencies.
• Prepare portfolio analyses and materials for management and risk committees.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of credit data across systems.
