Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience, preferably in CCaaS or SaaS.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Success selling at the C-level.
• Documented track record of sales excellence.

Responsibilities

• Establish early credibility and cultivate strong relationships with existing customers to understand their business needs.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy with the Five9 team to identify growth opportunities.
• Proactively upsell Five9 products and AI offerings to existing customers.
• Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure and forecast opportunities in SFDC.
• Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.
