LTIMindtree is hiring a Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer in Houston to design implement and support our enterprise voice solutions. You will manage Teams Phone System Direct Routing Operator Connect and scalable voice infrastructure across complex environments.

Ideal candidates bring 7–11 years in UC Microsoft Teams Voice and security-focused operations, with hands-on experience migrating from Cisco CUCM Avaya Skype for Business and legacy PBX systems.

Qualifications

Experience designing implementing and supporting Teams Voice and Enterprise Telephony solutions.
Expertise with Direct Routing Operator Connect and Calling Plans.
Strong knowledge of SBCs SIP trunking and call quality metrics.

Responsibilities

Design implement administer and support Teams Phone System and voice infrastructure.
Configure and manage Direct Routing Calling Plans Operator Connect and SBCs.
Troubleshoot voice issues monitor service health and ensure security compliance.
