RSM US LLP is seeking a Manager in our Program and Project Management (PPM) practice to lead complex Microsoft programs and multi-workstream initiatives. You’ll partner with VP- and Director-level stakeholders and guide teams across Dynamics 365 ERP/CE, Power Platform, and Azure services.

You’ll drive governance, risk management, and adoption activities while delivering value across manufacturing, financial services, professional services, healthcare, or public sector clients.

Formación

• For the role, 8+ years delivering enterprise programs in consulting is required.
• Demonstrated delivery of Microsoft-based programs with multi-million budgets.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 ERP/CE, Power Platform, and Azure services.
• Strong governance, financial tracking, risk and stakeholder communications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of Microsoft programs and major workstreams with budget $3M–$8M and teams of 10–20.
• Oversee multi-workstream initiatives across Dynamics 365 ERP/CE, Power Platform, Azure services.
• Apply hybrid delivery methods (SAFe, Scrum, waterfall) per client maturity.
• Establish project governance and executive-status reporting.
• Support organizational change management and client adoption readiness.
