Job summary

RSM US LLP is a leading provider of professional services to the middle market in the United States. We seek an experienced project manager to lead CRM-enabled initiatives and cross-functional teams, ensuring successful delivery and value realization for clients and the firm.

You will plan, budget, and coordinate projects through the lifecycle, communicate with stakeholders, and drive SDLC-based CE implementations in a hybrid US-based environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years leading technical teams in project management
• Experience implementing CRM solutions within budget and scope
• Proven ability to assemble, lead, and motivate high performing teams
• Proven business facing skills
• Solid understanding of financial analysis and planning
• Ability to multi-task and keep multiple responsibilities moving forward
• Strong understanding of technology and ability to learn new technologies
• Proven experience influencing, leading teams and driving change

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects through the lifecycle
• Establish cost-benefit analyses through required phases of the project
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Assemble project teams, deliverables, and develop plans, schedules, and budgets
• Manage objectives, budget, schedule, resources, and deliverables to support business goals
• Revise project plan to meet changing needs per SDLC
• Manage all aspects of CE implementations
