Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Manager in its Program and Project Management practice to lead complex Microsoft programs and multi-workstream initiatives. You will partner with VP- and Director-level stakeholders, driving delivery across Dynamics 365 ERP/CE, Power Platform, and Azure services in a hybrid work environment.

You will guide governance, OCM activities, and data/analytics delivery using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Purview, while expanding expert delivery and client impact across industries.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience delivering enterprise programs and projects in a management consulting environment.
• Proven delivery of Microsoft-based programs or workstreams with budgets of $3M+ and teams of 8+ resources.
• Solid experience with Dynamics 365 ERP, Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Azure integration services, and Microsoft-aligned ISV solutions.
• Strong understanding of project and program governance, financial tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience supporting Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities on enterprise Microsoft implementations.
• Client-facing experience engaging VP- and Director-level stakeholders.
• Experience engaging with Microsoft field teams and co-sell programs.
• Experience delivering Microsoft solutions in industries such as Manufacturing, Financial Services, Professional Services, Healthcare, or Public Sector.
• Thorough understanding of the Microsoft FastTrack organization and Success by Design framework, including solution envisioning and deployment readiness.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Microsoft programs and major workstreams with budgets ranging from $3M-$8M and teams of 10-20 resources.
• Manage multi-workstream initiatives across Dynamics 365 ERP, Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure integration services.
• Lead components of AI-enabled transformation programs leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot and related tools.
• Establish and operate project governance including RAID management, financial tracking, and executive-ready status reporting.
• Apply hybrid delivery methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, waterfall) tailored to client maturity and program complexity.
• Lead Organizational Change Management activities for Microsoft implementations affecting 100-500+ users.
