Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Enterprise Workforce Platforms team in Denver, CO. You will lead and deliver client-facing Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform projects, guiding governance, security, and adoption initiatives.

You will collaborate with project managers and client stakeholders, develop automation with Power Automate/Power Apps, and contribute to proposals while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering or consulting on Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Experience with: SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
• Experience with PowerShell automation and scripting.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Microsoft 365 migration and transformation projects.
• Design and implement SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform solutions.
• Conduct tenant assessments, discovery workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Configure and support Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance capabilities.
• Develop automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Create technical documentation, migration plans, and client deliverables.
• Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues and provide remediation recommendations.
• Work directly with client stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Participate in proposal development, solution design, and pre-sales activities as needed.
