Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Manager in our Program and Project Management practice to lead complex Microsoft programs and multi-workstream initiatives. You will partner with VP- and Director-level client stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include governance, risk and financial tracking, Agile/SAFe/Waterfall delivery, and organizational change management for Microsoft deployments impacting 100-500+ users. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise program delivery in consulting.
• Proven Microsoft-based program delivery with 3M+ budgets.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Microsoft programs and multi-workstream projects.
• Manage budgets, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Dynamics, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Support OCM and adoption activities.
• Develop proposals, SOWs, and pursue Microsoft opportunities.
