The Consultant role focuses on configuring, installing, and troubleshooting MS solutions for customers, and guiding engagements from design through deployment and support.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of consulting experience, strong communication, and architecture skills across Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Architect experience to collect and develop requirements.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends if needed.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Current Microsoft certifications are highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Configure, install, troubleshoot, and repair MS solutions for customers.
• Deliver MS-based consulting engagements from design through implementation and support.
• Track client work, service calls, and documentation including timesheets.
• Support presales with solution scoping and runbooks.
• Mentor junior technical resources and share knowledge.
• Travel to client sites as needed and access to a vehicle required.
