Job summary

NuView is seeking a experienced Solutions Architect for a remote role based in the US Midwest or East Coast. You will engage with clients to perform technical discovery, design solutions, create scopes of work, estimate labor, build BOMs, and move projects toward a quote-ready state.

You will bring strong experience in MSP or SI environments, Microsoft cloud tech (Azure/M365), networking, and security, and you will translate business needs into implementation-ready architecture while aligning

Qualifications

• Experience conducting technical discovery and requirements gathering with clients.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies, networking, security, and infrastructure solutions.
• Experience developing technical scopes, implementation plans, and solution documentation.
• Ability to create labor estimates, BOMs, and technical project requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Experience within MSP or systems integration environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze business, technical, and operational requirements.
• Design infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, and collaboration solutions.
• Develop technical scopes of work, implementation plans, configuration documentation, assumptions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Create BOMs and support solution pricing activities.
• Provide accurate labor estimates and implementation requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Engineers to resolve design questions.
• Participate in project kickoffs, design reviews, testing activities, and handoffs.
• Ensure solutions align with approved architecture, security policies, and supported technologies.
• Update technical documentation as project changes occur.
