Job summary

MRE Consulting, Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT consulting engineer with 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing cloud and on-premises technologies. You will support and improve IT operations for our technology customer base and work with leading Microsoft technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should be self-motivated, hands-on, and customer‑service oriented, with strong communication skills to present proposals and mentor teammates in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in English.
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to deal with stress and time sensitive matters.
• Availability on nights, weekends and holidays as required by client needs.
• Availability to work in-office for managing and collaborating with IT help desk teams.
• Ability to mentor as a subject matter expert with the team.
• Communicate via email, phone, Teams and in-person.
• Willing to commute to client sites (less than 20% travel).
