Job summary
Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis is seeking a Senior Microsoft Service Engineer to lead cybersecurity within the Microsoft environment. You will oversee configuration, monitoring, and incident response for Microsoft 365, Defender, Purview, and Entra ID, while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with the technology team.
The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Automate, and device management via Intune.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years configuring and administering Microsoft 365 (E3/E5) and Defender suite.
- Experience leading security operations, incident response in Microsoft cloud.
Responsibilities
- Lead cybersecurity strategy and daily security operations in Microsoft ecosystem.
- Configure Defender for Office 365, Defender for Endpoint, Purview, Entra ID.
- Mentor junior team members on Microsoft security practices.
- Coordinate security monitoring and incident response with MDR partners.
