Job summary

In-Telecom seeks a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to design and implement modern collaboration, identity, and security solutions across Microsoft 365 environments. You will lead migrations, governance, and productivity improvements for clients, with a focus on SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and Purview.

The role is hybrid from the DFW, TX area with in-office presence and on-site client visits as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT engineering with 2+ years in Microsoft 365/Entra ID.
• Proficient with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive.
• Hands-on Entra ID (Azure AD), hybrid sync, SSO, and conditional access.
• Knowledge of Purview, DLP, retention and compliance tools.
• Strong PowerShell for scripting, reporting and automation.
• Experience migrating M365 tenants (on-prem to cloud or tenant-to-tenant).
• Clear communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with physical installs if required.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support SharePoint Online structures and metadata.
• Configure Entra ID with hybrid identity sync, MFA, and PIM.
• Manage Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online policies and migrations.
• Lead M365 migrations and ensure data integrity and continuity.
• Develop low-code automations with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Establish governance, labeling, and DLP with Purview.
• Act as senior technical lead on client projects through planning to post‑go‑live.
• Deliver training and adoption sessions during cutovers.
• Document configurations and hand off to support teams.
