Job summary

CDW Technologies, LLC is seeking a seasoned IT engineer to lead complex Microsoft 365 Managed Services engagements across multiple clients. You will guide the engineering team, review and shape service delivery, and provide architectural leadership for Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra, Defender, and Purview workloads.

The role emphasizes client relationships, technical thought leadership, and proactive communication about Microsoft changes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years IT engineering experience OR 11+ years IT engineering experience with 5+ years Microsoft 365 experience.
Experience with multi-tenant Microsoft 365 environments and enterprise-class planning, design, implementation and support across workloads (Exchange Hybrid/Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra Connect/ID, OneDrive, Intune, Copilot, Defender, Purview).
Proven ability to apply technical knowledge to business outcomes and develop client-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead complex Microsoft 365 Managed Services multi-client engagements with oversight and guidance to the engineering team.
Review and modify Managed Services solutions; provide architectural leadership and issue resolution.
Develop client-facing technical content, runbooks, service catalogs, and knowledge articles.
Deliver client workshops and reviews, translate technical concepts into clear guidance for clients.
Support 24x7 delivery in on-call rotation and adhere to SLAs.
