Job summary

Coretek-Services is seeking a Level 3 Managed Services Engineer with a Microsoft focus to provide advanced technical support and optimize Microsoft-based environments for clients in the United States.

You will manage Active Directory, Exchange, Defender, Sentinel, Intune, Autopilot, and other Office 365 products, while leading escalated issues, configuring systems, and driving DevOps adoption within the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or MCSE certification.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, Defender, Intune, Autopilot, Azure) and Office 365.
• Office environment experience and familiarity with office processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with good time management; able to lead in a Managed Services setting.
• Experience in IT Consulting and/or Managed Services is a plus.
• Familiarity with compliance models such as CMMC, PCI, HIPAA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide escalated technical support for Microsoft-based systems (AD, Exchange, Defender, Sentinel, Intune, Autopilot).
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex device enrollment and provisioning issues.
• Perform system administration tasks including configuration, patch management, and upgrades.
• Design and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions for Microsoft environments.
• Collaborate with Level 1 and 2 support to resolve issues promptly.
• Assist L4 Consulting on project work as needed.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Document configurations and troubleshooting steps for knowledge base.
• Participate in DevOps adoption and automation within the department.
• Plan and implement IT infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
• Stay updated on Microsoft technologies and best practices.
