Job summary
CDW seeks a senior Microsoft 365 Managed Services leader to drive complex multi-client engagements, focusing on Exchange Hybrid, Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Intune and Defender. You will guide technical delivery, provide architecture leadership, and mentor engineers across global client environments.
You will collaborate with Client Success, Project Management, R&D and Sales to align services with business needs, manage on-call rotations, and ensure SLAs while identifying cross-sell
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years IT engineering experience with Microsoft 365 workloads.
- Multi-tenant Microsoft 365 environments with enterprise design and support.
- Security, compliance, data protection and governance knowledge.
- Experience applying technical knowledge to business direction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee technical delivery on client engagements to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Lead reviews of client environments, provide architectural leadership and resolve complex issues.
- Articulate problems and solutions to clients and provide SME guidance to teams.
- Maintain client relationships as the technical focal point between CDW and Managed Services clients.
- Develop RunBooks, Knowledge Articles, Service Catalogs and client-facing documentation.
- Lead workshops and review meetings across multiple clients translating complex concepts clearly.
