Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3+ years of engineering support experience; 3+ years Microsoft support.
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft technologies with Copilot and Microsoft 365.
• Experience in ticket-driven support environments and crisis escalation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical support resource for Microsoft infrastructure and cloud issues.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve Copilot, Microsoft 365, Core Infrastructure issues.
• Assess customer issues quickly, identify root causes, and drive cases through resolution.
• Manage service requests through a case queue and provide status updates.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and incident details.
• Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Engage Microsoft support when escalation is required.
• Communicate clearly to customers and stakeholders.
• Participate in On-Call rotation and travel as needed.
