Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is hiring a Microsoft 365 Engineer to support a mature 365 environment for ~26,000 users. You will focus on license mgmt, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Copilot, and Power Platform, while implementing governance and security across the enterprise.

You will partner with the Senior Director, Enterprise Applications to engineer solutions, troubleshoot, and drive platform improvements for productivity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience deploying Microsoft 365 in large enterprises.
• Proficient with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Experience implementing Microsoft Copilot with security and governance controls.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, user and group management, and tenant configuration.
• Manage licensing strategy, entitlement governance, and cost optimization.
• Configure and govern SharePoint Online and OneDrive including permissions and site architecture.
• Administer Teams, Copilot configuration, security controls, and integrations.
• Engineer platform enhancements for scalability, reliability, and security across the enterprise.
• Develop architecture docs, standards, and solution designs for Microsoft 365 services.
• Support Exchange Online configuration as needed.
• Design and support Power Platform environments and enterprise automation.
