Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to support a mature Microsoft 365 environment serving ~26,000 users. You will manage license entitlements, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Copilot, and especially Power Platform, while ensuring secure, scalable, and well-governed operations across the enterprise.

You will engineer and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, automation, integrations, and platform improvements that enhance collaboration and user experience,

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 experience in a large enterprise.
• Demonstrated expertise with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Deep experience with Power Platform: Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience licensing and tenant governance at scale; security controls knowledge.
• Microsoft 365 certifications such as Enterprise Administrator Expert.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, user/group management, and tenant configuration.
• Manage licensing strategy, entitlement governance, and cost optimization.
• Configure and govern SharePoint Online and OneDrive; permissions, site architecture, retention, external sharing.
• Administer Teams policies, provisioning, governance, and integrations.
• Manage Copilot configuration, licensing, security controls, and usage policies.
• Engineer and implement platform enhancements for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Design and implement solutions using SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Graph.
• Lead POCs, testing, and production deployments with proper documentation.
